There’s something so special about photographing a family in their own space, especially during the holidays. This session in Frontenac, Missouri, literally felt like walking into a magazine. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas—one of the most stunning and unique homes I’ve ever been in. With grandparents in town for Thanksgiving, kiddos running around, and their sweet dog Milo nearby, the session felt so artful and wholesome. We hung out by the fireplace, captured sweet moments between grandkids and grandparents, and let the little ones just be themselves. It was relaxed, real, and such a joy to document.
